This is a hand-painted Japanese Moriage porcelain demitasse tea set, likely produced by the Moriyama Mori-Machi company for export in the early 20th century (circa 1911-1940).
The set features a vibrant green luster glaze with raised, hand-painted "moriage" decoration depicting a landscape with islands, palm trees, and pagodas.
The shape of the cups and pot indicates they are for demitasse (strong coffee or espresso), rather than a traditional large pot of tea.
The set includes a teapot, creamer, lidded sugar bowl, teacup, and two saucers/plates.
Items like this are typically marked "Hand Painted Japan" on the bottom.
